Access Control List in the Tp-link Extender is utilized to allow or block the specific number of devices from the network. The devices allowed to access your wireless network are kept in the Whitelist, and the devices that are denied from accessing the network are kept in the Blacklist. It doesn’t matter that a device is connected wired or wirelessly, it can be included in either of the lists. While configuring this feature, a user must enable this feature through the Enable Access Control option.
