WPS is a method of connection that a user can create while connecting his router to the system in which he wants to operate the Internet. WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) method allows a user to securely add compatible wireless devices to the network. A user can connect his dlinkrouter.local router to the system through a WPS connection by two methods. One is PBC ( Push Button Configuration ) and another one is the PIN configuration process. In PBC, a user has to press a WPS button on his router and then on the device in which he wants to operate the Internet. With the PIN code method of connection, a user has to enter a code in the client device to connect to the Dlink router.
