PB ACCES A NAS QNAP

Bonjour
j'ai un souci pour accéder a mon Nas QNAP depuis le manager.
J'ai activé le Webdav sur le port 5000
j'ai autorisé mon dossier de film partagé dans les autorisations.
dans le manager le statut est : OK
mais je n'ai pas de visualisation de mes dossiers et 0 films indexés.
Que dois-je faire ?
Qui a réussi a configurer un Nas QNAP dans le manager?

J'ai exactement le même problème : le status est à OK après avoir enregistré mon NAS mais je n'ai aucun dossier si je choisis "Actualiser les dossiers". J'ai accès à ce NAS depuis l'extérieur (via mon téléphone mobile en 4G, via WinSCP depuis un PC distant) sans aucun problème (IP publique, ports redirigés). Mon ID est 9146.
