A user can perform the tplinkrepeater.net setup process in his home network through three methods. One method is done through the Tp-link Tether app that must be installed on your mobile device, the Second method is done through the web browser of your computer and the third method is a WPS connection method which is done through the WPS button residing on both the router and extender.
